Italian insurer Generali named Timothy Ryan as group chief

Ryan will take up the position on 9 January and replace Nikhil

AXA Investment Managers and AllianceBernstein, Generali said.
The insurer announced the move along with news that Generali
Italia CEO Marco Sesana will become country manager of Italy.
