A man has been charged with murdering two women who died after being stabbed in a Kent village.Two women in their 50s and 70s died at the scene, while a man, also in his 70s, was taken to hospital in London for treatment.Neighbours have spoken of their shock following the incident in the "quiet and friendly" village in the Medway valley. -
