  A factory worker has died and 22 other people - including police officers and firefighters - were taken to hospital following a gas leak at a Carlsberg brewery. Emergency services were called to the factory in Northampton town centre at 12.30pm on Tuesday following reports of an industrial accident involving an ammonia leak.
