Charity Action On Sugar has said the Government's obesity plan is "doomed to fail" amid claims that lobbying has led to the strategy being "watered down". New research warns that future graduates are less likely to enjoy significantly higher wages than those without a degree, according to research by the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS).
