  At 2:58 p.m. this afternoon, Nov. 22, 2023, the Idaho Falls Fire Department was dispatched to an adult living facility located at 163 E Elva Street in Idaho Falls for a report of a structure fire.
  The IFFD responded with one ladder truck, three engines, two ambulances, and a battalion chief.
