• Suppliers revealed for £800m Building Safety and Compliance Framework

    A total of 145 specialist firms – 81 per cent being SMEs have secured a place on Fusion 21’s national Building Safety and Compliance Framework designed to support members to manage and maintain safe buildings and demonstrate building compliance.

    Mitie has been awarded a three-year engineering and maintenance contract with South Western Railway (SWR), with the option to extend for two additional years.
    The contract covers a range of maintenance services including preventative maintenance, reactive and emergency repairs and project works at over 200 stations – including SWR’s hub which is located at London Waterloo and 10 train depots across the SWR network.
