  Company of Cooks has extended its partnerships with all the Livery venues in its portfolio, securing over £18 million in retained business in the City of London.

• Flexible office take-up hits highest level since 2019

  Take-up of flexible office space from operators across the UK reached just over 1.06 million sq ft in 2024 – the highest level since 2019 and 12 per cent above the total reached in 2023, according to research from real estate services company, Savills, and its flexible office specialist, Workthere.

  Holiday park operators are facing huge increases in housekeeping costs when changes to employer National Insurance and the National Living Wage come into effect in April.
  The Class 1 National Insurance secondary threshold is dropping from £9,100 to £5,000, while the main rate will rise from 13.8 per cent to 15 per cent.
