• Serco CEO announces retirement

  Serco, the provider of services and support to governments internationally, has announced the retirement of CEO Mark Irwin.
  Irwin, who has been with Serco for 12 years, has advised the Board of his intention to retire as Group Chief Executive, and will step down from his role on 28 February 2025. He will continue to serve as a strategic adviser through a transition period.
