    Hampshire & Isle of Wight’s Fire & Rescue Service and Police & Crime Commissioner has appointed Wates for the delivery of facilities management services at approximately 150 sites.
    The new four-year, £1.6 million deal, which comes with an optional four-year extension, will see Wates deliver statutory mechanical and electrical compliance and preventative maintenance services as well as a range of reactive and project works for 61 fire stations and 93 police locations.
