    The Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners (WCEC) has announced the installation of Lorraine Larman as its new Master. She succeeds the former Master, Jim Melvin.
    The Ceremony of Installation and a Service of Re-dedication took place on 19 April at St Olave’s Church in the City; this was followed by the Installation Banquet at Mansion House, attended by the Lord Mayor.

    With today marking the eighth annual Stop Food Waste Day, Compass Group UK & Ireland has announced that it has donated 79.5 tonnes of food over the past year (FY23).

    Following a competitive bidding process, Mitie Care & Custody has secured a 10-year contract to operate HMP Millsike, the UK’s first all-electric prison.
