    Office occupancy rates hit highest level since the end of lockdown
    UK office occupancy rates have reached their highest level since the end of the national lockdown in March 2021, according to the latest research from Remit Consulting.
    The management consultant’s Return report reveals that, in the week ending 21 April, the national average office occupancy rate reached 35.9 per cent. Compared to possible average, pre-pandemic office occupancy rates of 80 per cent, the adjusted figure suggests a rate of 44.9 per cent.
