  Investment volumes in the Central London office market for Q1 2023 are expected to reach £2.1 billion, according to commercial real estate services company, JLL.

  The Building Safety Regulator has opened the registration process for high-rise residential buildings in England.
  It is a legal requirement under the Building Safety Act 2022 for all high-rise residential buildings 18 metres tall or higher, or at least seven storeys tall, with two or more residential units to be registered with the Building Safety Regulator by 1 October 2023.

  Jaguar Building Services has retained its contracts at 150 Cheapside and 2 Gresham Street, following an official retender process.
  Both contracts are for a three-year fixed period and will see Jaguar providing a full remobilisation and asset verification of both properties, with new asset tagging . There will also be a provision for PDAs included.
