• Office workers are demanding greater sustainability with a third wanting their workplace to remove single use plastic

  Employers’ environmental initiatives, or lack thereof, are directly impacting attraction and retention, according to new research by water dispenser brand, BRITA VIVREAU.

• Travis Perkins Managed Services wins £36m materials contract with Lampton Services

  Travis Perkins Managed Services has secured a £36 million contract with the Residential Services division of Lampton Services for the procurement of building maintenance materials and services.

  Office food delivery marketplace, Just Eat for Business, has reported a surge in demand for its flexible office catering, with businesses seeking to create a collaborative and productive workforce.

  Facilities management provider 14forty, which is part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has recently provided support for Essar’s Stanlow oil refinery during its vital shutdown event.

• Sodexo extends catering and FM deal at Sullom Voe Terminal

  Sodexo has secured a three-year extension to its catering and FM services contract at the EnQuest-operated Sullom Voe Terminal in the Shetland Islands, one of the largest oil terminals in Europe.
  The new deal, which has an option to extend by a further two years, and is worth around £2.5 million a year, will see Sodexo’s 25-strong team continuing to provide catering, cleaning, warehouse and logistics, garage services, and pest control for the 400-plus employees on site.
