• OCS Group completes sale of its facilities services division to CD&R

    Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R), a leading global investment firm, has completed its acquisition of OCS Group’s facilities services division (OCS FS), following a Sale and Purchase Agreement announcement in July.
    CD&R has also made a“binding and irrevocable offer” for the acquisition of global facilities services business, Atalian. Assuming this deal also completes, OCS FS and Atalian will operate under a joint ownership structure.

    Principle Cleaning Services has signed up to the Armed Forces Corporate Covenant, a written, publicised, voluntary pledge to support those who have served in returning to civilian life and work.

    The Federation of Window Cleaners (FWC) is inviting entries for its prestigious biennial national awards.
    The deadline for submissions to Window Cleaning Company of the Year 2023 and Window Cleaner (Employee) of the Year 2023 is 20 February next year.
