    In February 2021 it was the 50th anniversary of decimalisation, when Britain changed to a decimal currency system.  Handling pre-decimal coinage can be a positive and nostalgic experience for people who lived through the changeover, so as part of the 50th anniversary celebrations the Royal Mint Museum have developed a decimalisation reminiscence session.The reminiscence session takes the form of a Museum in a Box, which contains originals and replicas of objects from the time for residents
