  • Didsbury care village residents enjoy opera workshops

    Residents at care village Belong Morris Feinmann in Didsbury were treated to a series of opera workshops from SoundUp Arts, a community music service in association with the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM), whose aim is to engage, enrich and entertain people, including those living with dementia, through the power of music.

    The finish line is in sight for Hampshire’s newest retirement village with completion set for  January 2019.
     
    Titchfield’s Friary Meadow, named in reference to the nearby Abbey and the likely historic use of the fields around it, is now offering visitors the chance to see a completed apartment as well as the three bedroom town house show home and reserve off-plan.

  • Home care service launched in North Lincolnshire

    A new service is being launched in North Lincolnshire that will offer access to high quality personal care and support for hundreds of people living at home.
     
    Also set to create dozens of new jobs, the service will be provided by Grimsby-based Hica at Home, which has won a contract to supply domiciliary care across Brigg, Barton, Barrow-upon-Humber and the surrounding villages.
