    An Accrington care home opened its doors to the local community by inviting them to enjoy its annual family fun day.
    Springhill Care Home invited members of the local community, staff, residents and relatives to join in the event which featured bouncy castles, a sweets and treats stall and games, while DJ Kevin Donnelly got everyone up dancing throughout the day.Visitors also enjoyed a BBQ thanks to the home’s newly appointed executive chef, Dave Laithwaite.
