Major Madan Kumar Subba, 10th Princess Mary's Own Gurkha Rifles, Sandhurst R.A, (intake 34), died 19th January, aged 75.Dearly loved and respected by family and friends the world over.A fearless warrior with great heart until the very end.

David, born in Jersey, died on 17 January 2017 in London at the Royal Trinity Hospice. He was 72. An architect, he lived and worked in Chelsea. The funeral service will be held at St Luke’s Church, Sydney Street, Chelsea on 4 February 2017 at 12.30pm. No flowers please. Donations to the Royal Trinity Hospice or Cancer Research UK.

Colonel Gerald Adrian Geoffrey, late 4th Hussars (QRIH) died peacefully on 19th January 2017, aged 88.A successful cavalry officer, a linguist, an accomplished diplomat, he served mainly, in UK, Germany, Rumania and China. His family will hold a private service to celebrate his life.
