  - As noted, Rene Goguen best known as Rene Dupree filed a lawsuit against WWE over not receiving royalties for his matches being aired on WWE Network.
  According to F4WOnline.com, Goguen’s lawyers purportedly dropped the lawsuit on Monday. The move came after learning from WWE’s attorney Jerry McDevitt of a signed contract by Goguen in 2011 that addressed the issue of royalties and subscription fees.
