  A 65-year-old skier is dead after an accident at Mt. Bachelor, Oregon, on Monday, March 9, local police said in a news release. The skier, identified as Nigel Barry Young of Portland, Oregon, was skiing with three friends at the time of the crash, the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office said.
