• New 'Ski Train' Approved for Steamboat, Colorado

  Colorado Governor Jared Polis has a singed a historic lease with the Union Pacific Railroad that will unlock a host of possibilities for a new ski train. The lease replaces the one signed in 1926 for Colorado's Moffat Tunnel and also includes a 25-year access agreement for Mountain Passenger Rail, as well as the purchase and sale of the Burnham lead line.
