• Mount Bohemia, Michigan, is Expanding Their Terrain

  Officials at Mount Bohemia, a hidden gem for Michigan skiing, recently announced that their terrain is expanding in the form of several new glades. In a post to Instagram, with drawings on their trail map for a tangible look at where the expansion is taking place, officials wrote, “we are adding four more glades for this winter.” See below. • Marmot Basin Updates Skiers Following Devastating Jasper, Canada Fires

  Skiers have been worrying about the future of Marmot Basin since a large wildfire, sparked by a lightning storm, raged through part of Alberta, Canada last week. Officials at Marmot Basin posted an update addressing these concerns on July 29th to the ski resort website, writing, "we now know that [the] infrastructure at Marmot Basin has not been affected by the Jasper Complex Wildfire.
