  Big Sky Resort, Montana shocked the world when they unveiled the Lone Peak Tram in December of 1995. It's a few years old, but I assure you that the footage is still very entertaining.Please give this entire 4-minute video a watch.   Terrain park skiing involves some intuitive math, meaning to land a jump without hurting yourself, you'll need to estimate the proper drop-in speed.Miscalculating this speed usually isn't a big deal, involving a minor overshoot or undershoot.
