Epic Day In NYC History: New Brooklyn Banks Footage!
How sweet it is! After years of waiting, the Brooklyn Banks and the city of New York have begun their multi-phase reopening of the historic spot. Today saw the mayor of NYC and several iconic NYC skateboarders descend on the famous 9-stair as the first spot in the reopening. Our man in NYC Alex Corporan was there to get the first licks on the rail and stairs in years. View this post on InstagramA post shared by Alex Corporan (@peanut186)
Amazing. NYC legend Leo Heinert was in there as
  • Perfect Trick, Perfect Spot: Shane Oneill Flips Out (And In) On This Ledge In Tokyo

Perfect Trick, Perfect Spot: Shane Oneill Flips Out (And In) On This Ledge In Tokyo
Not an easy trick by any means, Shane Oneill delivers multiple nollie flip crook, nollie flips on this perfect butter bench before adding a few other tricks to piece together a tasteful line. He writes, "TOKYO📍Love this spot." And by the looks of it, so do all of us. Sometimes (at least as skaters) you can't help but wonder why places like this exist other than to skate. Maybe there's a reasonable explanation, but this ledge is better than most ledges at local skateparks across the

Honestly, don't blink during the second line because you just might miss the kickflip into that front crook. Talk about proper flick! Gilbert Crockett takes full advantage of this buttery spot, and he's just warming up. Is the switch flip up that beefy four stair just for good measure? While it's gnarly, I kind of enjoyed the cool, calm switch Ollie up the curb right before just as much.View this post on InstagramA post shared by Gilbert Crockett (@ceeblues)

Inspiring Resilience: One-Legged Skater Pulls Off A Trick Most Others Will Never Do
Austin Sparks rips! That first trick is the coolest thing I've seen in a while! And that fact that it was inspired by another skater (Rafael Alentejo Pirata) makes me even more stoked. But that's not all...the fakie 360 shove and roll-on grind are equally the cherries on top. This looked like a fun session, to say the least. No excuses here. View this post on InstagramA post shared by Austin Sparks (@that_guy_with_one_leg)

Video: John Dilo's Mind-Melting Manual Tricks At MACBA
There he is. John Dilo hit us with these two heavy manual maneuvers at MACBA that deserve a hard pause. A front bigspin fakie manny is not something you see often—very rare. And the Ollie over, drop down to nose manual nollie flip is not just a mouthful, it's a mind-melter all the same. View this post on InstagramA post shared by John Di Lorenzo (@johndilo)
We know Dilo is no stranger to wild manual tricks, but it's hard to argue how impressive it is that he continues to deliver

Finding Their Balance: Skateboarder And Highline Walker Do Insane Doubles Trick on Vert Ramp
Alright...this is interesting, to put it very lightly. Is it necessary? I have no idea. Was it extremely fun and entertaining to watch, and unarguably insane in the grand scheme of things? Absolutely. Rony Gomes and Vini Cauhy had one helluva session this day, blending together skateboarding and highline walking (I think that's what it's called?) in a way that oddly makes sense.  I'm blown away, first and foremost. I mean, no matter how you look at it, this is no simple feat.
