    Major League Baseball announced that Padres right-hander Ron Marinaccio has received a three-game suspension and an undisclosed fine for intentionally hitting Orioles shortstop Gunnar Henderson with a pitch during the bottom of the ninth inning of Saturday’s game. The pitcher is appealing, so the suspension will be held in abeyance until the appeals process is complete. Padres manager Craig Stammen received a one-game suspension for the same incident.
