  It's been a rough day for Islam Makhachev.
  The 12-1 fighter first missed weight by one-half pound on his first attempt in Tampa, Fla., for UFC on Fox 19. Despite making the 156-pound limit within the one-hour allowance, he won't be competing on the card after all.
