    BURLINGTON- A Burlington Technical Center teacher pleaded not guilty Thursday to a charge he assaulted a 16-year-old student in his class.
    David Scibek, 52, was cited into Burlington’s Vermont Superior Court on a charge of simple assault, stemming from a Nov. 29, 2017 incident.
