  Legislators from the Senate Committee on Government Operations held a public hearing in White River Junction Thursday on how to improve Vermont’s law enforcement system.
  The session was the second in a series of public hearings the committee will hold through Nov. 7. The committee will use information from the hearings to draft recommended legislation for the General Assembly to consider in January.
