• 1 man dead in West Point shooting

  WEST POINT — One man is dead and another man was being questioned by investigators following a Sunday morning shooting.
  Davis County Sheriff's Capt. Jennifer Daley said officers were called at 1:36 a.m. Sunday to a home at 3275 W. 438 North.
  They found a 30-year-old man shot to death and were questioning a 29-year-old man in connection with the incident.
