  A rousing choir of Ugandan orphans sang and danced during services at Canyons Church in Cottonwood Heights on Sunday, raising spirits and funds for other children in their home country. The 17 children and 10 adults making up the Watoto Children's Choir visited Utah during their six-month tour raising funds for the Watoto village where they now live. The Watoto Child Care Ministry was established by the Watoto church in 1994 to serve orphaned children and vulnerable women in Uganda, according to

• Michigan man killed in crash with semitrailer in Utah

  NEPHIA Michigan man was killed in a crash with a semitrailer Saturday morning near Nephi, the Utah Highway Patrol reported.
  The 20-year-old man, who has not yet been identified, was driving a Chevrolet Camaro on I-15 northbound shortly before 6:30 a.m. when the crash was reported.
  The Camaro rear-ended the semitrailer in the right lane, lodging under the rear of the trailer, the UHP reported. The impact killed the driver.
