    WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. long-term mortgage rates remained at record lows this week as the coronavirus pandemic continues to threaten the economy. Mortgage finance giant Freddie Mac reported Wednesday that the average rate on the 30-year fixed-rate home loan was unchanged this week from a record low 2.72%.     TUCSON (KVOA) - Deputies have identified the victim in Wednesday's fatal collision in Ajo, Ariz.Dwight Romero, 23, was pronounced dead at the scene after a single-vehicle collision on Rasmussen Road near Ajo Well Road at about 2:30 a.m.Pima County Sheriff's Department says a juvenile passenger was transported to a Phoenix area hospital. The juvenile sustained minor injuries.
