  TUCSON - Nearly 100 workers will soon be laid-off after Global Solar Energy Inc., a solar energy company based in Tucson, filed a notice with the State of Arizona.GSE currently manufacturers thin-film copper indium gallium diselenide solar solution at its facility at 8500 S. Rita Rd. The company, which was founded in 1996, was acquired in 2013 by Hanergy, a renewable energy company based in Beijing.In the filed notice, GSE reported that it will lay off 97 workers.

  that occurred on Nov. 16.
  According to Tucson Police Department, Marcos-Angelo
