    TUCSON - Nearly 100 workers will soon be laid-off after Global Solar Energy Inc., a solar energy company based in Tucson, filed a notice with the State of Arizona.GSE currently manufacturers thin-film copper indium gallium diselenide solar solution at its facility at 8500 S.
