    COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. - Bill Cosby's appeal to overturn his sexual assault conviction was rejected by a Pennsylvania court on Tuesday.
    The 82-year-old comedian's trial was based on the account of former UArizona Wildcat Andrea Constand who Cosby drugged and assaulted in his home in January 2004.
    Cosby said addional accusers shouldn't have been allowed to testify.He was convicted in April 2018 on three counts of aggravated indecent assault against Constand.
