    The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a Blowing DustAdvisory, which is in effect from 3 PM this afternoon to 8 PM MSTthis evening.
    * IMPACTS…Blowing dust can restrict visibilities below a mileposing a significant hazard to motorists. Particular concernwill be for Interstate 10 between Tucson and Phoenix.
    * TIMING…3 pm to 8 pm.
    * WINDS…25 to 45 mph from the south and east.
    * VISIBILITY…Below 1 mile at times.
