• Two Marines killed in helicopter crash near Yuma

    YUMA – Two Marines were killed on Saturday, March 30th after a helicopter crash near Yuma.
    Marine Corps Air Station said it happened around 8:45 p.m.
    Officials said the pilots were in an AH-1Z Viper helicopter conducting a routine training mission as part of the Weapons and Tactics Instructor course 2-19.
    The names of the Marines killed have not been released.
    The crash is currently under investigation.
