YUMA – Two Marines were killed on Saturday, March 30th after a helicopter crash near Yuma.
Marine Corps Air Station said it happened around 8:45 p.m.
Officials said the pilots were in an AH-1Z Viper helicopter conducting a routine training mission as part of the Weapons and Tactics Instructor course 2-19.
The names of the Marines killed have not been released.
The crash is currently under investigation.

We’re told police arrived shortly after 8:00 a.m. to a residence in the 7400 block of W. Crimson Ridge Drive.
When the officer arrived there was an altercation with the suspect and the officer discharged his weapon.

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — Jimmie Johnson is starting on the NASCAR Cup pole at Texas, where Kyle Busch is going for a tripleheader weekend sweep.
