    PHOENIX – On Nov. 8, detectives arrested 38-year-old Vonda B. Johnston for selling illegal drugs and child endangerment, because she was taking her kids into drug houses for deals, Phoenix police said.
    Johnston directed Phoenix narcotics detectives, on three separate occasions, to drive her to different locations in Phoenix so she could buy them methamphetamine and heroin, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
