    LEICESTER, England (AP) — Police say they are dealing with an incident at English Premier League club Leicester after flames were filmed outside the stadium.
    British broadcaster Sky Sports says a helicopter crashed in the carpark soon after taking off, after Leicester drew with West Ham 1-1.

    The last day to send off your mail in ballot in Pima County is Wednesday, October 31st.
    According to the Pima County Recorders Office they have verified signatures and completed processing and turned over 164,334 ballots to the Department of Elections.
