  The August primary is upon us. Tomorrow at 8 pm is the deadline to cast your vote and have a say in myriad state legislative races, state Supreme Court races, a levy to fund the libraries (that, somehow, the Seattle Times editorial board doesn’t support), and, depending on where you live, a county or city council election or two. Voting is not only sexy, it’s important! You better do it. If you’ve waited this long to vote, do not put that ballot into a mailbox or drop it
