The morning will start out cloudy with temperatures in the low 40s. Then the sun will peak out around 11 am and temperatures will steadily rise to a high of 46 around 2 pm. Then, as these things tend to go, the temperatures will drift back down as it gets dark. Sounds like scarf weather to me!
