  Gay pride should not go forward in memory of our black brothers and sisters who were gunned down in a safe place, a place of freedom by a culture that encourages and embraces racism, a culture of evil.This was not the action of just one man, it was the action of all of us. We as members of the LGBT community cannot stand by and remain silent. Let us stand up and say, "Not in our community, not in our country."
