  Sacramento State Police says a woman reported she had parked at the top of Parking Structure II around 1 a.m. when an older dark green van drove up to her.
  The driver then asked her if she had called a shuttle, which she didn’t. The woman pointed out that the man was not driving a campus shuttle van, prompting him to thank her and drive off.
