    Speaking to a reporter from the Sacramento Bee, Governor Brown took aim at the looser gun regulations California’s neighbors have.
    “California has some of the toughest gun control laws of any state,” Brown said. “Nevada and Arizona are wide open, so that’s a gigantic back door through which any terrorist can walk.”

    Police: Stockton Teen Shot In Foot By 3-Year-Old
    STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police are investigating after a 15-year-old was shot by a younger sibling Saturday night.
    Joe Silva with the Stockton Police Department says the teen was shot in the foot by a 3-year-old. The injuries are not life threatening, police say, and the teen has been transported to the hospital.
    It is unclear where exactly the shooting happened, as police learned about the incident when the teen showed up at urgent care just after 8 p.m.

    STOCKTON (CBS13) – Officers have arrested a man who they say was sitting outside the police department with a gun.
    The incident happened Saturday afternoon. According to the Stockton Police Department, staff reported to officers that there was a man sitting in front of station who said he was armed with a gun.
