  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Fire crews once again responded to the Ice Blocks building after flames rekindled Wednesday afternoon.
  According to the Sacramento Fire Department, the small fire started inside the collapsed roof.
  Firefighters temporarily closed 16th Street in the area, but it has since reopened.

• Woman Arrested After Shooting In Grass Valley

  GRASS VALLEY (CBS13) – Police say a woman is in custody after a shooting in Grass Valley early Wednesday afternoon.
  The scene was at a home along the 300 block of N. Church Street. According to the Grass Valley Police Department, officers responded to the home just after noon after a report of a disturbance.
  At the scene, officers found a man who had been shot in the leg. He was taken to the Sutter Roseville Medical Center to be treated.

  Betty Jean Bowen, 78, was reported missing back in late October. Family told authorities that they last heard from her on Oct. 30 as she went to Marysville to run some errands.
