  PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The City of Pittsburgh has a new group of first responders coming to the rescue.
  City leaders swore in the recruits Tuesday afternoon.
  Pittsburgh leaders are proud to welcome two paramedics and four EMTs to the city. They say it was a small class, but they have a big responsibility to serve during these challenging times.
  Mayor Bill Peduto swore in the recruits at the City-County Building as their families watched in awe.

  PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Multiple local counties now have “substantial” COVID-19 spread, according to the CDC.
  As of Tuesday night, the CDC had listed Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Washington, Westmoreland, Indiana and Somerset as counties in our area with “substantial” community transmission.
  For it to reach “substantial,” a county needs at least 50 cases per every 100,000 people. Allegheny County is eight cases over that threshold at 58 cases.

  MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — An autopsy was planned for a West Virginia infant who died over the weekend after suffering “non-accidental trauma,” authorities said.
  One-month-old Rowan Cooper Grayson-Seech was pronounced dead late Saturday at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, Harrison Sheriff’s Detective Sgt. Zach Mealey told The Exponent Telegram. The boy had been hospitalized since Wednesday.
