    According to police, 58-year-old Ozell Austin was arrested by McKeesport police on Friday.

    Of the newly reported cases, the Health Department says 25 are confirmed and 13 are probable cases.
    There have been 7,277 total hospitalizations and 102,018 total coronavirus cases in Allegheny County since the pandemic started.
    The county-wide death toll stands at 1,983.

    Flash Flooding Leaves Path Of Destruction In Pleasant Hills
    ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. (KDKA) — Flash flooding left a path of destruction in Pleasant Hills on Thursday.
    According to Allegheny County, at least eight roads dealt with flooding issues and at least two vehicles got stuck in rising floodwaters.
    Anna Fitzgerald was behind the wheel of one car that got stuck. She told KDKA’s Royce Jones that she was going to get food when the rising water swallowed her car. Fitzgerald, who was not injured, added that the car was destroyed.

    PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — After missing for two weeks in the Surfside condo collapse, the body of a man married to a Pittsburgh native was recovered from the rubble.The body of Ruslan Manashirov was recovered Wednesday, according to the Miami-Dade Police Department. He was 36 years old.
    Nicole Doran-Manashirov, a South Park native who is married to Ruslan, is still unaccounted for. As of Thursday, the death toll was at least 64 and 76 people remain unaccounted for.#UPDATE
