• Clarion University Swimmer, 18, Dies After Drowning

  CLARION (KDKA) — A young swimmer has died just after finishing his first year of college.
  18-year-old Jacob Minnick was a member of the Clarion University swim team.
  Minnick was back near his home just outside of Buffalo yesterday.
  He went under the water at a creek and did not resurface.

• Pa. Turnpike To Close Westbound Lanes Between Monroeville, Harmarville Overnight On Sunday

  PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — We have a traffic alert to pass along to drivers who may use the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
  On Sunday night, the Westbound lanes of the Turnpike will be closed between Monroeville and Harmarville.
  The stretch of roadway will close just before midnight on Sunday night, so that crews can work on a bridge in Monroeville.

  PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A guilty plea has been made in an overdose death from 2017.
  Jacques Harden of McKeesport was charged with delivering the drugs that killed Stephen Nicholson of Lincoln Place.
  Police said they found Nicholson unresponsive next to a bag marked “Bye Felicia” that contained fentanyl residue.
