The alleged victims span several counties, and criminal court records show Pirl has done this kind of thing before.

  PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Pittsburgh Public Schools will hold a coronavirus vaccine clinic for students 16 years and older next week at Heinz Field.
  On May 5, Pittsburgh Public Schools will partner with Giant Eagle to vaccinate students. Appointments are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Students must have an appointment to get vaccinated.

  NEW KENSINGTON, Pa. (KDKA) – A Valley High School teacher is accused of sending sexual text messages to an underage student, according to the Trib.
  The Trib says police charged 34-year-old Sean O’Neil for text messages he allegedly sent to a girl in September.
  Court paperwork shows O’Neil is facing several charges, including disseminating explicit sexual materials to a minor, unlawful contact with a minor and harassment.
