  LANCASTER, Pa. (KDKA/AP) – The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office has ruled asphyxia due to strangulation and suffocation as the cause of death for 18-year-old Linda Stoltzfoos, an Amish teen who disappeared more than ten months ago.

  PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Port Authority has announced that beginning Wednesday, April 28, the Monogahela Incline for three days for routine inspection.The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Port Authority will be performing brake and load testing and it is expected to reopen on Friday afternoon.
