• Driver Hits Woman Walking Dog In Pittsburgh’s Lincoln Place

  PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A driver hit a woman and her dog in Pittsburgh.
  Police say the woman and her dog were walking on Mifflin Road between McElhinny Avenue and Naugle Street in Lincoln Place on Monday.Police, EMS respond for a female pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Mifflin Road in Lincoln Place at 9 p.m.
  Medics transported her to the hospital in critical condition. The driver stayed on scene.
  The Collision Investigation Unit is investigating.
