  ELIZABETH, Pa. (KDKA) — Two women are facing charges after two kids were found wandering alone.
  Police say the 4-year-old and 8-year-old boys were walking a dog on Bunola River Road in Elizabeth on Saturday.The boys’ mother, Danielle Torbich, told police her friend, Danyelle Washington, was supposed to be watching the boys.
